I have been a client of Maegan's since 2013, she really know what she is doing. I was 370 pounds when I first started with her. She pushed me hard and sometimes made me do things I didn't like, but it was all worth it. I am now in the 180's and am feeling better then ever. My fitness journey started with Maegan, April 2014. I have been doing half marathons since 2011 however I wanted to shed body fat, lose weight, and increase my strength and muscle mass. After working with Maegan, I achieved my goals. She has pushed me out of my comfort zone and I would contribute that to my success! I continue to train with Maegan when I need a tune up. I've been working out with Maegan for about a year. I have issues with arthritis and prior surgeries, and she is wonderful to work around my issues. I keep coming back, because she pushes me harder than I would push myself. She has me doing things I didn't know I could do! I am stronger now at 62 than I was at 22, evidenced by shoveling 30" of snow for 8-1/2 hours over a 3 day period. And I wasn't very sore at all afterwards. She's a great motivator and an inspiration.
