I’m Coach Maegan, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach wife and mother of 2, with nearly 15 years of experience helping women transform their health through strength, confidence, and balance. With a master’s degree in Sports Psychology and a passion for both weightlifting and running, I guide women to create realistic, sustainable habits that fit their busy lives. My mission is simple: to help women feel strong in their bodies, energized in their days, and confident in every part of life.
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach wife and mother, with over 7 years of experience helping women transform their health from the inside out. Nope, you don’t need a fancy gym or expensive machines to see results with the Built by Mama program. Most of our workouts can be done at home with just your bodyweight, resistance bands, or a set of dumbbells. If you do have access to a gym, we’ll customize your plan to take advantage of the equipment there.
Our focus is making fitness accessible, flexible, and effective, so whether you’re at home, in the gym, or even traveling, you’ll always have a plan that works for you.
