With a master’s degree in Sports Psychology and a passion for both weightlifting and running, I guide women to create realistic, sustainable habits that fit their busy lives. Do I need any special equipment for the program?

Nope, you don’t need a fancy gym or expensive machines to see results with the Built by Mama program. Most of our workouts can be done at home with just your bodyweight, resistance bands, or a set of dumbbells. If you do have access to a gym, we’ll customize your plan to take advantage of the equipment there.

Our focus is making fitness accessible, flexible, and effective, so whether you’re at home, in the gym, or even traveling, you’ll always have a plan that works for you.

How long will it take to see results?

Every woman’s journey is different, but most of our clients start noticing changes in their energy, mood, and daily habits within the first 2–3 weeks.
