MEET COACH MAEGAN

I’m Coach Maegan, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, wife, and mom of two. For nearly 15 years, I’ve helped women improve their health through strength training, sustainable habits, and a mindset that supports long-term change.

But my passion for this work comes from my own journey. Growing up playing sports, I was never the “thin” athlete. I struggled with my weight and confidence for years. It wasn’t until college, when I started learning about nutrition and training, that things began to shift. I reached some of my personal health goals and discovered a love for running.

Even then, my weight continued to fluctuate. It wasn’t until I truly understood the importance of strength training for women that everything changed. When I started lifting consistently, I fell in love with it. I felt stronger, more confident, and more comfortable in my own body than ever before. That experience shaped how I coach today.

With a Master’s degree in Sports Psychology and years of experience working with women, I focus on helping clients build realistic routines that fit their lives, not extreme plans that burn them out.

My goal is simple:
To help women feel strong in their bodies, energized in their days, and confident in every part of life.

I’m a passionate personal trainer, wife, and toddler mama with nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry, including my roots in bodybuilding. I help women reclaim their strength, energy, and confidence through realistic, holistic wellness—blending strength training with natural living. I’m deeply inspired by herbal medicine, hiking, and the healing power of nature, which I incorporate into both my life and coaching. As a mom, I understand the unique challenges women face and offer support that’s both empathetic and effective. My mission is to help you feel strong, aligned, and fully alive—inside and out.
